Ready To Get Back To Rough Housing!

Last night was rough for the entire Weilbacher household. We had one sick baby on our hands and he just couldn't get comfortable enough to sleep longer than an hour at a time. Bobby and I took turns going upstairs and rocking Ryan until he fell asleep. During one of my turns, Ryan was screaming out of pure exhaustion and he was also running a low grade fever at the time. I took him into the bathroom to get a wet wash rag to put on his forehead and Ryan so happen to catch a glimpse of himself in the mirror. He immediately stopped crying and smiled at himself. I started laughing so hard! Ryan, God love him, will always have a fondness of his own reflection - just like his daddy!

We went to the Pediatrician this morning and thankfully Ryan does not have an infection of any kind. It's just a cold and will probably only last 1-2 more days. You can tell this cold is bumming Ryan out though. He definitely is ready to start feeling better -- only a few more days and he'll be back to rough housing with his daddy!
