Grandma To The Rescue!

We've had a lot of change in the Weilbacher household over the last 2 weeks. It started when our Nanny of the last 2 years decided she didn't want to commute from Garland to Plano anymore. Bobby and I were initially devastated but quickly turned a sad/anxious situation into an opportunity. Over the last 2 weeks, we've had countless interviews and spent several hours a day talking to potential nannies and their referrals. Phew, what an exhausting process!

In the end, we found a wonderful women who we instantly had a connection with and more importantly so did Ryan!

BUT, I must say a huge THANK YOU to Ryan's grandmothers for stepping in and watching Ryan during this limbo stage. Not only did you watch Ryan while Bobby and I could continue working but you also listened when we needed someone to talk to. Again, this process was very stressful to say the least.

What brought joy to our hearts is watching Ryan play with his grandmas. Here is Ryan and Grandma Weilbacher planting flowers - what fun!
