Merry Christmas to all! It's now 3-days after Christmas and we've spent all our time taking toys out of their boxes, putting batteries in those toys that need them and doing a lot of playing!

Ryan is a little in awe of his new Madagascar Helicopter. This is the toy that Ryan has talked about for the last month and even told Santa about it when we went to go visit him a few weeks ago.
Toy theme in our house this year: Toy Story, Cars, Madagascar
Ryan insisted that we take each toy out of it's box before he moved onto the next one. This definitely slowed down the gift opening process but we definitely enjoyed the slower pace.
We spent the morning at the Ceaser house opening gifts with Nanny and Pops and having a yummy brunch.

We got home from the Ceaser House around 11am and as soon as we got home it started to snow. Emma loved watching the snow fall. . .
I feel bad that I didn't capture not one picture from later that day when we went over to Tara and Brandon's to celebrate Christmas with The Weilbachers. Ryan and Emma had a great time opening up MORE presents with their cousin Lauren. Both kids went to bed early that night - opening gifts can be very tiring!
