Ghetto-Style Gate!

Desperate times cause for desperate measures. Last night, I succumbed to building a ghetto-style gate in an effort to keep Ryan from going up the stairs. I am sure you're thinking to yourself - duh, why not install a gate? We have bought one but you can tell from the picture that it's still sitting in the box. To Bobby's credit, I will say the gate is not easy to install because our banister does not have a flat surface. So, we will end up having to drill into the banister to install properly.

Hoping to get it installed this week or I am certain Ryan will be able to get through this stroller/vacuum/gate contraption by tonight.
