Ryan's First Trip To The Lake!

What a perfect day to head to the lake! This was Ryan's first time out on our boat and it was Mommy's first time since getting pregnant with Ryan. We bought a new boat back in June of last year and Ryan came in July. And, well, getting on a boat much less squeezing my lovely post-baby body into a bathing suit was certainly not on my radar back then. So, I was especially excited to go out and see how our new boat drives compared to the old one.

A little wakeboarding (Bobby) and a little dip in the lake (Bobby) while Ryan and Mommy watched from the covered part of our boat. Our old boat did not have a cover to it and on 100 degree + days, we would just sizzle out there. Bobby and I couldn't get over how much shade the cover made - this is great to have now that Ryan will be joining us!

We all had a great time as you can see from the pictures.. . . .Bobby has already asked if we can do it again next weekend. Uh Oh!



Ryan is all ready for the lake! Just trying to pass the time by getting caught up on his Old MacDonald book.
