More Birthday Parties!

We've had a fun time celebrating birthdays lately -- We went to Lola's 4th birthday party last month.  We walked into her house and quickly found out Ryan was the only boy invited to this all-girl, very pink, very princess, very cute party.  At first Ryan wasn't too sure what to do with all these girls but before long he had them playing chase with him, jumping in the bounce house and one girl even so much as tried to kiss him SEVERAL times!  Ryan responded with a run in the other direction. . . ha!

Story time - Ryan sitting in a chair not wanting to look too interested in the Princess book but he was in thralled - have I mention he loves Sophia First?

Proudly sporting his pink butterfly catcher!

Emma Kate hanging with her peeps - Landon and Addie!

A few weeks later, we went to a neighborhood park in Murphy to celebrate their cousin, Addison's 6th birthday.

Birthday girl was showing us her hula hooping skills. . .

Addison had roughly 30 of her friends at her party.  But she spent the majority of the time carrying her little cousin around the park and showing her to all of her friends.  I don't think Emma Kate's feet touched the ground . . here is Addison removing a tiny rock from Emma's shoe.  Sweet.

Old School Potato Sack races!

This activity was a little more difficult for Ryan - having to spin around a bat while his forehead was on it.  I challenge anyone to do it -- doesn't look easy!
