This picture of Pops and Ryan is bittersweet. Most of you might not know that Ryan had a major stranger-danger complex when Pops would try and hold him. This happened for months! Poor Pops couldn't even sit next to him without Ryan having a complete meltdown. And look, now they are best buds!

Had to take a picture of my first stab at writing on a cake with icing. Not bad! But what I really want to point out is the ghetto fabulous candle. My thoughts are if you don't have a birthday candle in the house why not use a candlestick?
Yummy cake! Ryan wouldn't eat the cake off the tray but he loved when his Uncle Ken would give him a finger to lick.
